Each reservation requires an agreement that needs to be filled out, signed, and returned with a deposit, if applicable, or payment in full prior to the use of the facility.
The Hall has a ramp to the front door and the Meeting Room is ground level. Both rooms and all bathrooms are handicapped accessible.
Our Hall is just 1/2 block from our City Park that has a lovely playground for the kids to play on. Our City Park has a picnic shelter that can also be reserved by contacting the City Office.
Good uses include: Wedding receptions, Family reunions, Showers, Holiday parties, Business meetings, or Training sessions.
Hall/Rental Rates:
The hall has tables and chairs to seat 250 people comfortably. There is a kitchen available for use along with an automatic Bunn coffee maker.
Rental Rate:
$50.00 (Jasper Residents) for one day; you set up and clean up
$150.00 (Non-Residents) for one day; you set up and clean up
$250.00 Deposit
Weddings/Large Events:
$150 (Jasper Residents) for one day; you set up and clean up
$250 (Non-Residents) for one day; you set up and clean-up
$250 Deposit
If liquor or beer is to be sold or given away, it must be served by a licensed liquor provider with a catering license. The licensed provider will need to contact the City Office to provide information on the licensing information.
In the event alcohol is present without being served by a licensed liquor provider, the renter will lose their $250 deposit.

This room is carpeted and has tables and chairs to seat 40-50 easily. There is a kitchen available and a 30-cup coffee maker. The room is equipped with a window air conditioner that easily cools the room as needed.
Rental Rates:
$40.00 (Jasper Residents) for one-day use.
$80.00 (Non-Residents) for one-day use.
$250.00 Deposit
